We recommend that you call a day in advance but please feel free to call last minute and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. To reserve your service we ask for a credit card number to hold the appointment. This will be taken at the time the appointment is booked. If under the age of 18 you will need a guardian to sign a permission slip. If you have had a major surgery in the last 6 months or are pregnant please inform receptionist when booking the appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Please note that the time scheduled is your treatment time. If you are running late, please call us. Time may be deducted from your treatment.
You will receive a confirmation call 24 hours prior to your treatment. If for any reason you may have to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your treatment you will be charged $25 per service to your credit card.
When you arrive, please turn all cell phones off. This ensures that we provide the best service for you as well as other clients.
Our lounge is available for your use before, in between, or after any treatment. We would be happy to provide you with tea or water. Feel free to bring a snack and bring a book or magazine to enjoy during this down time!
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Spa Wish gift certificates, Spa Finder gift certificates, our gift certificates, and cash.
All product that is purchased must be returned with in 30 days to receive a full refund. After 30 days product is non-refundable.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates for specific day spa packages should be used within six months of purchase. After that time, they convert to actual paid value. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates, gratuity or cash.
Gratuity is not included in pricing. Also, no tips can be left from gift certificates.
A credit card is needed to reserve a spa party. Please note that for spa parties a 72 hour cancellation notice is required. If no notification of cancellation is given, resulting in a no-show, 100% of the party will be charged to your credit card.

A Moment Away Massage Therapy and Spa Treatments has the right to refuse an appointment or client should we feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or staff to perform any given treatment.
